Welcome to join Formosa 7s. Before registering for our event, please carefully review the following Terms of Service:

General Terms and Conditions

  • This clause applies to all participants who register through the Formosa 7s website.
  • Participants must agree to these terms and conditions during the registration process in order to complete the registration procedure.
  • Participants are required to ensure that all registration information provided is true and valid.

Registration Fees and Payment

  • The registration fee for each team is NT$18,000.
  • All fees are non-refundable once payment has been made, unless specified otherwise by the refund policy.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation of registration and refund requests must adhere to the refund policy of this platform.
  • Any refunds will be subject to applicable administrative fees.

Event Changes

  • The organizers reserve the right to change the event date, venue, or cancel the event due to force majeure or other circumstances beyond their control.
  • If the event is canceled due to force majeure, refunds will be processed according to the refund policy.

Participant Conduct

  • Participants are required to adhere to all rules and regulations during the competition.
  • Any misconduct may result in disqualification from the event and/or other disciplinary actions.

Data Protection

  • Participants consent to the organizers using their personal data within the scope of data protection regulations.

Conflict Resolution

  • In the event of any disputes related to the competition, participants should first contact the organizers for resolution.
  • If disputes cannot be resolved internally, they will be handled in accordance with Taiwanese law through appropriate arbitration or judicial procedures.

Limitation of Liability

  • The organizers are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the event.

Changes to the Terms

  • The organizers reserve the right to modify the terms of service at any time, with any changes being updated and effective on this website.
